Ogier advises Cottonwood Group on closing of Real Estate Special Situations Strategy at US$1 billion

Ogier's Investment Funds team in the Cayman Islands advised Cottonwood Group, a leading US real estate private equity investment firm, on the closing of its Real Estate Special Situations Strategy.

At its final close, the fund raised more than US$600 million in capital commitments from limited partners and an additional US$400 million in separately managed account (SMA) co-invest commitments. 

The Ogier team was led by partner James Bergstrom with support from senior associate Laura Le Marechal.
