Ogier advises CSMall on Hong Kong listing

Ogier's corporate team in Hong Kong has acted as Cayman and BVI counsel to CSMall Group in connection with its HK$462 million IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

A spin-off from its parent company China Silver Group, which is also listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, CSMall Group is a leading online and offline internet-based jewellery retailer in China.
