Ogier advises Live Oak Acquisition Corp V on business combination with Teamshares Inc

Ogier’s Corporate team in the Cayman Islands has advised Live Oak Acquisition Corp V on its business combination with Teamshares Inc, a tech-enabled acquiror of SMEs with US$0.5-US$5m of EBITDA. 

Teamshares received US$126.5 million additional capital raised in a concurrent, common stock PIPE financing, funded following Live Oak shareholder approval of the business combination on 16 June 2026.
