Ogier's capital markets experts advise on Perimeter Acquisition Corp. I's upsized US$241.5 million IPO

Ogier's specialists in the Cayman Islands advised Perimeter Acquisition Corp. I on its upsized initial public offering on Nasdaq, raising gross proceeds of US$241.5 million. 

Perimeter Acquisition Corp. I (Perimeter), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol PMTRU on 13 May. The initial public offering (IPO) of 24.15 million units was priced at US$10 per unit, which includes the full exercise of the underwriter's over-allotment option. 

The Ogier team was led by partners Cynthia Anandajayasekeram and James Heinicke, with support from senior associate Ali Pasley. 

Cynthia said: "We have seen a considerable increase in SPAC IPO activity in April and May, and we are cautiously optimistic this activity will continue despite broader capital markets headwinds."
