Ogier has acted as the Guernsey legal advisers to CapMan Plc in regard to the establishment and first closing of the CapMan Technology Fund 2007. The fund was established using a Guernsey limited partnership with a Guernsey resident manager. CapMan raised EUR 110million of equity commitments from a range of institutional investors at its first closing held on 9 February 2007. The fund will invest primarily in expansion and later stage technology companies in the Nordic region and is targeting a final close at EUR 150 million.

The Ogier team was led by partner Roger Le Tissier and senior associate Andy Lowe with assistance from trainee Jo Robert.
