Ogier London acts as BVI legal advisor on Touchstone Gold’s admission to London’s AIM market

Ogier London acted as BVI legal adviser to Touchstone Gold Ltd (“Touchstone”) on its successful admission to London’s AIM market. 

At the time of listing Touchstone had a market capitalization of £28 million after successfully raising £10 million through a placing. It is understood that this capital will fund the next phase of gold exploration and evaluation activities at the company’s sites in Colombia’s Antioquia region.

This is the latest in a significant number of AIM listed BVI companies within the natural resources sector that the Ogier London team have advised on.  The team are regarded as specialists in this arena, having listed the majority of the BVI entities to come to London’s AIM market in the last 18 months.
