Ogier's Cayman SPAC experts advise Wen Acquisition Corp on US$300.15 million IPO

Ogier's Corporate experts in the Cayman Islands have advised Wen Acquisition Corp on its US$300.15 million initial public offering (IPO) on Nasdaq. 

Wen Acquisition Corp, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), plans to focus on acquiring infrastructure companies in the fintech sector, particularly those involved with digital assets and blockchain integration.  

The company's units began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol WENNU on 16 May 2025, with Class A shares and warrants to trade separately under WENN and WENNW. The entire IPO proceeds of US$300.15 million have been placed in trust. 

The Ogier team was led by partners Bradley Kruger and Natalie Bell, with support from senior associate Ali Pasley and associate Scott Parmenter.
