Ogier's Luxembourg and Cayman teams advise Partners Capital on redomiciliation of fund

A cross-jurisdictional team from Ogier has advised long-standing client Partners Capital on the redomiciliation of a US$3.2 billion Cayman fund to Luxembourg.

The redomiciliation involved a collaboration between Ogier's funds teams in Luxembourg and the Cayman Islands with support from the firm's financing teams. Partner Nicholas Plowman and counsel Richard Bennett provided Cayman Islands counsel and associate Pierre Andriuzzi provided Luxembourg legal expertise.
