AIRMIC Guernsey Conference

Join us for the 2025 Airmic Guernsey Conference, titled Leading the way in international risk financing. 

Building on the success of last year’s event, the conference will be packed with speakers, panels and breakout sessions covering a range of topics followed by a relaxed gala dinner. 

The event will be jointly hosted by Airmic and Guernsey Finance. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with a range of insurance professionals and learn more about Guernsey’s specialist and diverse insurance industry. 

The keynote address will be given by Jo Salter MBE, founding partner of Temple Law AI and former Director of Global Transformative Leadership at PwC.

As the UK's first ever female fast jet pilot, Jo's career has always combined technical skill and resilience with trailblazing leadership. Jo is an accomplished author has been named as one of Harpers & Queen's 50 Most Inspiring Women in the World.

Following Guernsey Finance's keynote address, the first half of the breakout sessions will begin where speakers will cover topics including captive case studies, climate risk and AI in the workplace. After lunch and networking, the plenary session will discuss the topic of "Captives in the mainstream". 

The remaining breakout sessions will delve into geopolitics, employee benefits in captives and cyber risks before the conference is wrapped up with closing remarks.
