Partner Alan Wong will be joining an experienced panel of industry speakers at AIMA's Hong Kong Fund Manager Briefing.

As tokenisation continues to reshape the funds landscape, market participants are moving from concept to implementation focusing on what works in practice. Recent developments in the Cayman Islands have introduced a clear framework for tokenised funds, embedding them within existing fund regimes while enhancing requirements around governance, record-keeping, transfer controls, and disclosure.

This session will examine how tokenized fund structures are being implemented in Cayman today, alongside the practical considerations for administering digital asset and tokenized funds. Bringing together legal and operational perspectives, the discussion will highlight key challenges, evolving best practices, and what is required to support institutional adoption.

If you would like to meet with Alan at the event, please contact him directly.
