Cayman Dispute Resolution specialist Shaun Maloney joins the Ogier partnership

Cayman Dispute Resolution specialist Shaun Maloney has joined the Ogier partnership and will be servicing clients' needs on Cayman law matters from the European timezone.

Shaun has particular expertise in all aspects of section 238 appraisal proceedings emerging from Cayman, Asia and Europe. He has acted on many of the leading cases to be issued in the Cayman courts in the last 5 years including, most recently, the US$8.7 billion privatisation of 58.com, Inc. from the New York Stock Exchange, the largest appraisal proceeding to date.

Shaun also has significant experience in contentious trust matters and insolvency.
