The annual online Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing survey of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) is now available.

The CSSF has informed professionals under its supervision that the self-assessment survey on the risks to which they are exposed and the implementation of related risk mitigation measures will have to be completed through the eDesk portal within 6 weeks (4 weeks for banks) - before 15 March 2020.

The survey has to be initiated and submitted within the eDesk by a member of the management of the supervised entity (preferably the AML/CFT compliance officer), while the completion might be entrusted to another employee of the entity, without prejudice to the responsibility of the former.

Please see the CSSF press release here.
