Ogier has raised £18,000 for charity through a firm-wide challenge that took place over the course of April called Let's Get Active.

There are 43,200 minutes in April and, in a bid to raise money for a nominated charity in each of its jurisdictions, Ogier challenged its employees to collectively log as many minutes of sport or exercise activity.

Team Ogier rose to the challenge and collectively logged over 132,500 minutes in 30 days – triple the original goal. To mark the achievement, the firm has made a donation of £3,000 to a charity in each jurisdiction (a total of £18,000). The charities were chosen by the teams in each jurisdiction.

Rachael Reynolds, Global Senior Partner, said: "It was fantastic to see the entire business coming together to complete this challenge and raise much-needed funds for some truly worthy charities. Taking a break from our desks, to get outside and get moving is so important and beneficial for our physical and mental wellbeing. In each jurisdiction, we saw teams get together for activities such as beach walks, cycle tours, virtual yoga sessions, and group runs, with plenty of encouragement and support for those trying something new. This won't be a one off and I am very much looking forward to the next firm wide charity challenge."
