Stuart Watson has joined Ogier Global as a Director to lead the growth of its UK corporate and fiduciary services offering

Stuart, who has substantial experience in corporate governance and entity management across a range of company types and industries, has a particular focus on corporate services, real estate and debt capital markets.

Stuart said: "For an international legal and professional services firm like Ogier, London is a key jurisdiction and I'm excited to be able to bring new options to Ogier's clients and partners as they look for creative and reliable solutions in an ever more complex environment. With an experienced, market agnostic team which has a history of working on bespoke deals, we can provide these solutions."

A specialist in capital markets and structured finance and a chartered company secretary, Stuart sits on many company boards, in particular those of special purpose vehicles (SPVs), in both an executive and non-executive capacity, and is involved in the management of various assets classes across multiple sectors globally.
