Will Austin-Vautier takes the lead of Ogier's Channel Islands Employment and Immigration team

Employment law specialist Will Austin-Vautier has been appointed head of Ogier’s Channel Islands Employment and Immigration team, providing tailored advice to clients within an ever-evolving area of local legislation.

Will, a highly experienced Jersey Advocate, has specialised in employment and related laws for more than 15 years, including discrimination, data protection, and non-financial services regulatory advice.

He has acted for some of the Channel Islands' largest private sector employers, senior executives, entrepreneurs, and the family offices of ultra-high net worth individuals.
