Ogier lawyers admitted in Luxembourg

Three Ogier lawyers from the firm's Guernsey, London and Cayman offices have been admitted to the Luxembourg bar under Liste IV, which recognises foreign-qualified practitioners.

Partner Tim Clipstone, managing associate Richard Bennett and senior associate Catharina von Finckenhagen have all been admitted.

Ogier has had a presence in Luxembourg since 2012 – the firm's Luxembourg team is led by eight partners and advises on Investment Funds, Banking & Finance, Corporate and Tax law.

Of the newly-admitted lawyers, Tim is a partner in the firm's Guernsey office specialising in investment funds who is also admitted in England & Wales, Cayman and BVI; Richard is a managing associate in the London office who advises on corporate and investment funds matters who has also spent several years in the firm's Guernsey and Hong Kong offices, and Catharina  is a senior associate in the Cayman Banking and Finance team and is currently seconded to the Luxembourg team.
