Ogier partner makes prestigious Asian "Top 40 Under 40" list

Ogier partner David Nelson has been named in Asian Legal Business' prestigious Top 40 Under 40.

David became Ogier's youngest partner at the age of 33 when he joined the firm in July – he is part of the firm's Banking and Finance practice, specialising in leveraged, acquisition and fund finance.

The ALB list names the outstanding lawyers in Asia under the age of 40, across private practice and in-house roles.

David is one of ten lawyers from Hong Kong to make the list.

David advises on BVI and Cayman law and in addition to leveraged, acquisition and fund finance he also advises lenders and borrowers on structured finance, margin lending, real estate finance and general corporate lending and has experience in capital markets and derivatives transactions.
