Andrew leads Ogier's Group IT function, responsible for the day-to-day operations and innovation of IT services across all jurisdictions. He has a particular focus on IT operations, security and project delivery.

Background and experience
Andrew has been building and leading successful IT teams for over 15 years, primarily within the criminal justice sector. He has developed and implemented highly effective IT strategies, enabling organisations to grow and increase efficiency through the innovative use of technology.
With experience in law enforcement he has been responsible for critical 24x7 government IT services, with a particular focus on IT operations and security, service excellence and project delivery.
Prior to joining Ogier, Andrew held a number of senior positions within the public sector, as well as roles within the finance industry.
Andrew graduated from the University of Essex with a Bachelor of Science with Honors, and holds certifications in Information Security and Change Management, and an International Diploma in Business Analysis.
