Anna is counsel in Ogier's Cayman law Dispute Resolution team. A specialist in international commercial litigation and arbitration in the corporate and funds fields, Anna has particular expertise in high value contractual disputes, directors' and shareholders' disputes, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, professional negligence disputes and asset recovery actions.
Anna joined Ogier in 2020 after relocating back to London, having spent eight years working in the Dispute Resolution team of another offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands. Anna's practice is focussed on providing commercial litigation and dispute resolution assistance to Ogier's European-based clients with an interest in Caribbean incorporated entities.
Previously, Anna trained at, and worked as an associate within, a leading London law firm, where she practised in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. She was also a member of the International Arbitration Group, where she acted for plaintiffs and defendants in international arbitrations and routinely advised on arbitration practice and procedure.
Anna was named as a Rising Star in The Legal 500 in 2019. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
