Cheryl Heslop

Cheryl is an associate director within Ogier Global, with more than 20 years experience working in the offshore finance sector and specialises in structured finance, particularly debt issuing SPVs including CMBS, RMBS, repacks, CLOs and various other asset backed structures.

Background and experience

Cheryl has been acting as a director on such client boards for over 10 years. During her time in the industry Cheryl has also gained experience in providing agency roles within structured finance, as well as working with various stock exchanges including The International Stock Exchange (TISE) and the London Stock Exchange.

Cheryl holds a BA(Hons) in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Northampton, as well as a Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
