Chloé Dominici

Chloé is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice of Ogier Luxembourg, specialising in the fields of fund finance, sustainable finance and real estate finance.

Chloé advises clients in various types of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including real estate finance, acquisition finance, secured lending, refinancing with a particular focus on fund finance and financial regulatory matters. Chloé has also completed a secondment in our Cayman Office.

Background and experience

Chloé is an experienced finance lawyer admitted in Luxembourg since 2021.

Chloé has significant experience providing advice on corporate and finance transactions involving Luxembourg vehicles with a particular focus on fund finance.

Chloé mainly represents banks and financial institutions as lenders and agents in structuring, negotiating and documenting on a broad range of fund finance transactions including subscription line facilities, NAV facilities and hybrid facilities.

Chloé spent six-months on a secondment to our Cayman Islands office, developing strong relationships with clients and in-depth knowledge on cross-border financing structures.

Prior to joining Ogier, Chloé was legal counsel for an international bank in Luxembourg, advising internal and external clients on a broad range of regulatory matters (including GDPR, PSD II, PAD and the European and local outsourcing regulation). Chloé graduated with a Master’s degree specialising in European Business Litigation from the University of Nancy (France). She speaks fluent French, English and Italian.
