Chloe Watson-Hill

Chloe is a senior associate in Ogier's top-tier Corporate team in Jersey. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, private equity, corporate finance and general corporate governance matters.

Background and experience

Recognised as a Legal 500 Key Lawyer, Chloe brings expertise across the full spectrum of corporate and finance matters. She has significant experience advising clients in the London and New York markets, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity structures, non-contentious corporate restructurings, and both borrower- and lender-side finance transactions involving Jersey entities. Chloe also provides guidance on general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Ogier, Chloe trained at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP (now Dentons) in Edinburgh. She holds an LLB Law and Spanish Law with Honours from the University of Aberdeen and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh.
