Chris Day

Chris is an internationally practised and highly experienced professional in fund administration. He has been a Head of Operations and Project Manager, accomplished in running all aspects of full-service fund administration centres, including the leadership of effective and profitable teams of over 140 staff, the development and implementation of go-to-market business strategies, and the enhancement of current and potential client relationships. Chris has been a senior leader of global banks and companies, knowledgeable and responsible for executing changes in improved technology and global restructuring in order to become market leaders.

Background and experience

Chris has an Executive Masters in Business Administration, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAA), has a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts and a Masters in Applied Finance. Chris has more than 17 years' accounting experience and has previously worked with one of the big four accountancy firms where he gained valuable experience and advised Australian middle market entities on all aspects of business structure and taxation.

Prior to joining Ogier, Chris worked at leading banks and financial institutions in roles including Managing Director, Operations Head and also Head of Private Equity / Real Estate in numerous international locations, including Australia, Cayman Islands, UAE, Luxembourg and Singapore.
