Eric is operations director for Ogier Global's Hong Kong team. He has extensive experience in company secretarial practices specialising in corporate administration and governance for client portfolios in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and Hong Kong.

Eric has 10 years' experience in the corporate administration industry. Prior to joining Ogier Global in 2017, Eric worked in a listed company and handled the full spectrum of company secretarial matters for the listed company and its global subsidiaries.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Business System Management and a Master of Corporate Governance. He is also a Fellow of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute.
