Background and experience
Prior to joining Ogier in 2024, Gil gained experience in the investment funds industry as a legal intern in the investment management team of a leading independent law firm in Luxembourg, as well as in the Luxembourg desk of an international law firm, where he specialised in Middle East fund formation and structuring.
Gil obtained a master's degree in Insolvency Law from Aix-Marseille University in France, completing half of the programme at the University of Kent in the UK.
Gil is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
