Graham Gurney

Graham is the Group Chief Operating Officer of Ogier Global.

Background and experience

He leads a fast-growing team of experienced company secretaries, administrators and AML officers focussed on the formation, corporate administration and provision of regulatory compliance services to Cayman hedge and private equity fund vehicles as well as administration services to Cayman, BVI and Hong Kong vehicles utilised for M&A, re-structuring, IPO, equity and debt issuances, asset finance and investment holding. His responsibilities also include operations management and implementation of the Ogier Global strategy.

Graham has significant experience as an independent professional director, including on the board of SPVs owned by European private equity funds holding diverse pan-Asian and European assets.

Graham holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School. He specialises in offshore regulatory compliance and corporate governance and holds an International Diploma in Compliance. He is a Member of the International Compliance Association (MICA).
