Henry Hung

Henry is a member of Ogier’s Investment Funds team in Hong Kong. Henry advises on the establishment, structuring and maintenance of private equity funds, hedge funds and other closed ended and open ended investment funds.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier in 2022, Henry trained and worked at a Hong Kong law firm, where he advised on various aspects of investment funds, including private and retail funds, and funds of different structures (SPCs, SICAVs, unit trusts and Hong Kong OFCs) and domiciles (Cayman Islands, Europe/UCITS and Hong Kong). He regularly worked with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.

Henry advises on the establishment, structuring and maintenance of private equity funds, hedge funds and other closed ended and open ended investment funds.

Henry received his Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) and Bachelor of Laws from The University of Hong Kong in 2014 and 2016, respectively.

A native Cantonese speaker, Henry also speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

Henry的执业领域主要集中于私募股权基金、对冲基金和其他封闭式和开放式基金的设立、架构及维护服务。

Henry分别于2014年及2016年取得香港大学工商管理學學士(法學)及法學士学位。

Henry的母语是广东话，并会流利的英文和普通话。
