Background and experience
Jamie joined Ogier in 2009, becoming Group Finance Director and then Chief Operating Officer in 2014, before taking his current role in 2017.
A key member of the deal team who successfully delivered the sale of Ogier's previous fiduciary division to Electra Partners in 2014, Jamie has led the strategic growth of the business since then, increasing the headcount fourfold.
Jamie, who holds an MBA from Henley Business School, became the first member of the Business Services team to join the Ogier partnership when he was appointed group partner in 2015. Jamie was a member of the Legal Executive Board between 2014 and 2026.
