Leanne Allison

Leanne delivers and manages professional governance and administration services to various clients. She specialises in corporate and trust structures, commercial and residential real estate, general investment holding companies and employee benefit trusts.

Background and experience

Leanne has more than 11 years of experience in the offshore finance industry – particularly in the Corporate Services sector in Jersey – and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant.

Before joining Ogier, Leanne was part of the corporate team for an offshore financial services firm. There, she rose from associate accountant to senior manager, taking responsibility for managing one of the firm's busiest client service teams. The team dealt with a broad portfolio of multi-jurisdictional institutions and serviced many employee benefit trusts and nominee arrangements. Leanne also has experience in FX trading and placing, managing investment portfolios, and group cash management.
