With over 10 years of experience in property law in the United Kingdom and Jersey, Priya manages a complex and varied caseload. She has extensive knowledge of Jersey property transactions from first time buyers to high net worth transactions.
Background and experience
Priya deals with a wide range of transactions including freehold, flying freehold share transfer, refinancing, equity agreements. She also provides training to new paralegals at Ogier on property specific transactions.
Since joining Ogier in 2021, Priya applied the new COVID-19 emergency provisions for Court on a number of occasions.
