Rebecca is a managing associate in Ogier's Jersey Dispute Resolution team, with significant experience in high-value catastrophic injury and professional indemnity disputes.
She advises on catastrophic injury claims, disputes over policy coverage, and indemnity matters across all sectors, but particularly construction & development, and medical issues.
Rebecca also advises local and international clients on high value domestic and cross-border commercial litigation, contentious trust, cross border insolvency, fraud and asset recovery and regulatory matters .
Rebecca is co-author on the chapter on Jersey in the fourth & fifth edition of "International Guide to Money Laundering Law and Practice", published by Bloomsbury Professional (2013 & 2018).
She has been named in Citywealth's Top 200 IFC Powerwomen, and has been recognised in Chambers & Partners and in the Citywealth Leaders' List.
Rebecca has been described by clients as "an impressive client-focussed, pragmatic and commercial lawyer with an excellent client manner", and praised for her "competent, commercial, pragmatic, thorough and efficient approach".
Rebecca qualified as an English Solicitor in 2005 and was called to the Jersey Bar as an Advocate in January 2017.
She studied Law with French in Manchester where she trained and worked with a large UK firm before moving to Jersey.
