Rebecca McNulty

Rebecca is a Partner and Advocate in the Dispute Resolution team. She regularly advises local and international clients on commercial, trust and estate disputes. Her practice also covers cross border insolvency and property.

Background and experience

Rebecca is an experienced commercial litigator with significant experience in commercial, trusts and estate disputes, cross border insolvency and property disputes, often in matters involving multiple parties across jurisdictions.

She also has experience advising individuals and commercial businesses on judicial review claims, including bringing challenges to decisions of public bodies. 

Rebecca combines technical excellence with commercial insight.  She is described as “a star and a first-rate lawyer” and “brilliant with clients who trust her and her advice completely".
