Rebecca McNulty

Rebecca is a partner and Jersey Advocate with significant experience in commercial, trust and estate litigation. Her practice frequently intersects with cross border insolvency and property disputes. Rebecca works closely with colleagues across private client, corporate, regulatory and property teams to deliver coordinated, strategic advice often in sensitive and high value, local and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Rebecca has significant experience in commercial, trust and estate litigation. Her practice frequently intersects with cross border insolvency and property disputes, enabling her to advise in cases where structures are under financial or relational stress. She brings a broad strategic lens to disputes involving overlapping trust, property and insolvency considerations, and is able to advise on each of those areas separately also.
 
She works collaboratively with colleagues across Ogier's Private Client, Corporate, Regulatory and Property teams to provide integrated advice, particularly in matters requiring coordinated restructuring, governance and risk management strategies. Clients value her ability to combine technical rigour with a pragmatic, solutions focused approach.
 
Rebecca advises from pre-dispute risk management through to trial, often in matters involving multiple parties across jurisdictions. She is known for her strong analytical mind, calm advocacy and ability to distil complex issues into clear, strategic guidance.
