Valentina Zammataro

Valentina specialises in the establishment and administration of offshore corporate vehicles and has just under 10 years' experience working with a range of corporate entities in various business sectors such as healthcare, real estate development, oil and gas exploration, renewable energy, charitable causes and outsourced analytics.

Background and experience

Valentina works with a broad range of clients to ensure the completion of administrative tasks such as arranging and attending client board meetings, incorporating corporate acquisition and holding structures, assisting with migrations both into and out of Jersey, liaising with various regulatory bodies in relation to both standard and ad hoc filings, and working together with third party service providers to ensure the timely completion of transactions.

Valentina holds a diploma in International Finance and Administration from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
