Victoria joined Ogier’s Cayman Islands office in September 2020 as paralegal in the Dispute Resolution team. Victoria provides a wide range of professional support and her expertise lies in litigation, restructuring and insolvency matters.
Background and experience
Before joining Ogier, Victoria was part of another global law firm's litigation team in the Cayman Islands, where she specialised in complex cross-border disputes, financial products and services litigation, insolvency and debtor-creditor disputes, offshore asset recovery, international judgment enforcement and offshore and trusts and estates product management.
Victoria studied Criminology and Social Policy at Loughborough University and later completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University Waterloo.
