Ogier's Corporate team advises clinical-stage biotechnology company Zura Bio on US$144 million expanded equity offering

Ogier's Corporate team provided Cayman Islands legal counsel to clinical-stage biotechnology company Zura Bio Limited on its public offering of Class A ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants, bolstering the company's capital base as it develops its multi-asset immunology pipeline.

Gross proceeds of US$144 million were raised via the sale of Class A ordinary shares priced at US$6.25 per share, along with pre‑funded warrants priced at US$6.249 each. Underwriters exercised their full option to purchase an additional three million shares.

Zura Bio focuses on immunology, developing novel dual-pathway antibody therapies for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases with significant unmet medical need.

The Ogier team was led by partner Cynthia Anandajayasekeram with support from senior associate Laura O'Byrne.
