Ogier advises Columbus Circle Capital Corp. I on upsized US$250 million Nasdaq IPO

Ogier's Corporate team in the Cayman Islands has advised Columbus Circle Capital Corp. I on its upsized US$250 million initial public offering on Nasdaq.

A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), Columbus Circle Capital Corp. I (Columbus Circle) began trading under the ticker symbol CCCMU on 16 May. Its initial public offering (IPO) of 25 million units was priced at US$10 per unit, which includes three million units issued in accordance with the partial exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option.

The company may pursue an initial business combination in its target industries, which include AI and digital infrastructure, sports, media and entertainment, healthcare, energy transition, mining industries and cryptocurrency.
