Ogier advises on US$225 million IPO for Texas Ventures Acquisitions III Corp

Ogier's Corporate team acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Texas Ventures Acquisition III Corp on its US$225 million initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Market. 

Texas Ventures Acquisition III Corp, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), successfully closed its initial public offering (IPO) on April 24. The SPAC's primary focus will be on targets focused on industrial technology, specifically companies implementing advanced technologies including software, mobile and IoT applications, digital and energy transition and consolidation, logistics and transportation, cloud and cyber communications and high bandwidth services.

The Ogier team was led by partner Cynthia Anandajayasekeram, who specialises in SPAC and de-SPAC transactions, with support from Bradley Kruger, lead partner of Ogier's Corporate team in the Cayman Islands, and associate Wray Sulisz.
