Ogier's Cayman team helps take Malaysia-based Empro Group Inc. public

Ogier's Corporate specialists in the Cayman Islands have advised Empro Group Inc., a rising beauty and personal care brand headquartered in Malaysia, on its US$5.5 million initial public offering on Nasdaq. 

The company's units began trading on 2 July 2025 under the ticker symbol EMPG. The initial public offering (IPO) of 1.375 million shares was priced at US$4 per share, raising total gross proceeds of approximately US$5.5 million before deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses. 

The deal team was led by partner Natalie Bell, with support from Bradley Kruger, lead partner of Ogier's Corporate team in the Cayman Islands, and senior associates Thomas Sims and James O'Sullivan.
