Ogier's M&A specialists advise Manus AI on landmark acquisition by Meta Platforms

Ogier’s Corporate teams in Cayman and Hong Kong have acted on one of the most significant AI-related transactions of 2025, advising Manus AI on its landmark acquisition by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Manus AI is a Singapore-based AI agent developer, known for its pioneering general-purpose autonomous technology capable of independently executing complex tasks such as market research, data analytics and workflow atomisation.

The transaction underscores the accelerating pace of innovation-driven M&A in the global tech and artificial intelligence sectors.
