Deloitte event - German Fund Day 2021

Ogier Senior Associate Milan Hauber will attend the Deutscher Fondstag webinar on Janaury 19th organised by Deloitte.

As in previous editions, they will talk about the current legal, regulatory and tax issues that are important for fund actors in Luxembourg, but also in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The focus of this 15th German Fund Day will be the new ESG regulation of the European Union and its impact on the investment industry.

They will also give the audiance an insight into the tax reporting requirements for alternative investment funds from a German and Austrian perspective and, as usual, bring us up to date on the latest tax and regulatory requirements in Luxembourg.
