The 9th Annual C5 Fraud, Asset Tracing & Recovery Miami conference will be held virtually.

Ogier partner Jennifer Fox will present on a new, special case study panel taking place on day 3 titled "Compare & Contrast: One Case... Many Different Outcomes".

Jennifer will join practitioners from the UK, U.S. and other key offshore jurisdictions to work through a case study of a complex multi-party, multi-jurisdictional matter. Panellists will share their perspective on important and lesser known nuances across civil and common law systems.
