The annual Channel Islands conference returns to Guernsey this year in collaboration with ARIES for a day brimming with discussions, dynamic presentations and networking opportunities. Ogier is delighted to sponsor the INSOL dinner taking place at The Old Government House Hotel on the Tuesday evening.
During the conference, Jeremy Snead will be taking part in 'Fighting Talk' where professionals from onshore and offshore jurisdictions will have the opportunity to present their proposal and persuade the audience why their suggested change to the current insolvency and rescue tools in their respective jurisdictions would be most impactful. Competitors will also “cross-examine” and “interrogate” their counterparts.
