Leonie Kelly, Director and Head of Sustainable Investment Consulting at Ogier Global will be the facilitator for this panel session on the second day of the Social Enterprise Sumitt 2021, which is being held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Integrated thinking is about connecting performance with purpose. It builds on the need to reconcile competitiveness and sustainable growth within the context of inclusive business models in order to take advantage of the opportunities and face the challenges of the market.

This makes it not only broader than today’s financial reporting to stakeholders but also a means to improve organisational performance. We also know all organizations depend on various forms of capital for their success - Financial, Manufactured, Intellectual Human, Social, and Natural.

Leonie will be joined by cross sector stakeholders to unpack how an integrated values approach can drive sustainable outcomes and how innovation fuelled by integrated-value-creation objectives will help businesses thrive over the next decade.
