The pandemic has shaped the landscape of arbitration around the world with hearings being conducted remotely as opposed to physical hearings.

Ogier Partner and Chair of the BVI Arbitration Group, Nicholas Burkill will moderate a discussion hosted by the BVI International Arbitration Centre in conjunction with the BVI Arbitration Group, “Arbitration post pandemic: out of adversity comes an opportunity?
