Wilberforce Chambers' annual Insolvency Conference & Dinner will take place on Thursday 1st February 2024 at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah, London, followed by drinks and dinner at Al Mare restaurant.

This year the Insolvency Conference is focused on insolvency litigation involving directors and their duties. The programme will look at the important highlights including: issues of delegation, the creditor duty in practice, injunctive relief to remove directors, the limitation of claims and developments on the remedies for breach of duty.
