Dispute resolution expert Hélène Arvis joins the Ogier partnership in Luxembourg

Fund litigation, shareholder disputes and insolvency specialist Hélène Arvis has been promoted to partner at Ogier. 

Hélène joins Audrey Bertolotti as a partner in the Luxembourg contingent of Ogier's multi-jurisdictional Dispute Resolution team, which was recently ranked "highly recommended" by Leaders League. 

Hélène, an Avocat à la Cour who was admitted to the Paris bar in 2008 and the Luxembourg bar in 2010, has extensive experience in commercial, corporate and fund litigation, shareholder disputes (in pre-litigation and litigation contexts), directors' liabilities, acquisition litigation, enforcement proceedings and debt recovery, as well as restructuring and insolvency. 

On her promotion, Hélène said: “I am incredibly honoured to be joining the partnership at Ogier in the Luxembourg Dispute Resolution team alongside the calmly brilliant Audrey Bertolotti.
