Ogier recognised as a leading firm for private equity in Luxembourg in Leaders League 2026 rankings

Ogier continues to rank as a leading law firm in Luxembourg across its key practice areas, the latest rankings from independent researcher Leaders League have revealed.

Ogier's private equity services in Luxembourg have been enhanced to "leading" by Leaders League's ratings. Its advice in banking and finance, fund structuring, tax and corporate M&A is ranked as "excellent", while wealth management, restructuring and insolvency and real estate - the latter a new ranking - are "highly recommended".

Seven of the firm's senior lawyers have also been ranked. Bertrand Géradin is ranked "leading" for private equity and "highly recommended" for corporate M&A and wealth management. Jad Nader is ranked "excellent" for banking and finance and "highly recommended" for restructuring and insolvency and real estate. Anne-Gaëlle Delabye is ranked "excellent" for fund structuring, Aurélie Clementz is rated "excellent" for tax, Laurent Thailly is ranked "excellent" for corporate M&A and "highly recommended" for restructuring and insolvency, Hélène Arvis, who was promoted to partner in May, comes "highly recommended" for restructuring and insolvency, as does Audrey Bertolotti.
