Ogier has strengthened its transactional teams across banking and finance, corporate and funds with five senior promotions across jurisdictions.

In the finance team Tommy Tuohy has progressed to managing associate in the Cayman Islands, and Caleb Holder has been appointed a managing associate in Ogier's Luxembourg office. Graeme Loarridge and Dominic Athwal have become senior associates in the investment funds team in Cayman.

Tommy advises on a wide range of banking and finance matters including local and international syndicated lending transactions and fund finance matters, with experience in advising both private equity sponsors and financial institutions on subscription and capital call financings. He worked in Sydney and Dublin prior to joining Ogier in the Cayman Islands.

Caleb is a key member of the Luxembourg banking and finance team with extensive experience in real estate, acquisition finance and fund finance matters. First admitted in Australia, he started his career in Ogier's Guernsey office before moving to Luxembourg with his family as part of the firm's internal secondment strategy.

Dominic joined Ogier's investment funds team in the Cayman Islands in 2018 and now specialises in the establishment, regulation, governance and ongoing operation of open-ended and closed-ended funds. He has a particular focus on advising managers and sponsors based in the US, Brazil and the Middle East. He worked in London prior to joining Ogier.

Graeme, whose practice covers both the North American and Latin American regions, advises hedge funds, private equity funds, asset managers, sponsors and family offices on the establishment, regulation, corporate governance and ongoing operation of investment funds, as well as the establishment of venture capital and other funding structures in the Cayman Islands.

All five also work with Ogier's multi-disciplinary global private equity team.

Cayman-based private equity partner Nick Rogers said: "We're extremely pleased to see the progression of these five highly-regarded lawyers, who have each proved themselves to be an enormous asset to Ogier's transactional teams. These talented individuals further strengthen our private equity offering, and their well-deserved promotions reflect the expertise and commitment that continue to drive our success."
