Background and experience
Caleb is a member of the Luxembourg banking and finance team, specialising in fund finance, real estate finance, syndicated lending transactions and has broad experience in debt listings on the Luxembourg Bourse. Caleb also advises on certain transparency regulatory matters with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
Caleb is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team. He advises on all aspects of finance in Luxembourg, particularly with respect to Luxembourg security. His achievements include working on the recent take private of Inmarsat and the sale of Johnson Controls to Brookfield Business Partners L.P.
Prior to joining Ogier Caleb practised corporate law in Australia where he advised publicly traded companies and private companies in relation to corporate governance, initial public offerings and secondary offerings on the Australian Securities Exchange.
Caleb graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Investment and Corporate Finance). Since graduating he has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance.
