Ogier Talent4Impact 2022 leaves a lasting impact on fellows

Fellows from Ogier's Talent4Impact 2022 programme have praised the initiative for its immersive approach to developing their understanding of sustainable investment and impact.

The two-month fellowship was sponsored and incubated by Ogier and was co-founded in 2021 with Dream Impact and the Sustainable Finance Initiative with the aim of nurturing talent in the sustainable investing and impact marketplace through practical work experience in the industry.

The 2022 programme had Asia Investor Group on Climate Change, Social Ventures Hong Kong and WWF Hong Kong on board as industry partners.

"I have not seen an alternative program that is so hands on, that allows a candidate to have such an authentic and immersive experience in the ESG field," said Judy Ho, one of the nine fellows on the 2022 programme.

Cat Mitchell, who was also on the programme, said: "It was a really structured programme that has allowed me to prioritise my career transition."

Head of Ogier's Sustainable Investment Consulting Leonie Kelly said: "Ogier would like to thank our co-founders, Sustainable Finance Initiative and Dream Impact, including our industry partners for 2022, for contributing to the programme and making it such a success. I'd also to like to extend my gratitude to our 2022 fellows for participating in the programme and we wish them the best of luck as they move forward with their careers in sustainable investment."
