Since moving to the BVI in 2014, David has been involved in some of the largest and most complex matters before the BVI Courts. He has particular experience of interim remedies including asset freezing, disclosure and receivership orders, especially in the context of multi-jurisdictional disputes.
David joined Ogier in June 2020 from another offshore firm's Dispute Resolution and Insolvency team. Previously, David practised at the Commercial Chancery Bar in London, he remains a door tenant at Selborne Chambers. Before coming to the law he worked as a corporate finance analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners in London. He studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Pembroke College Oxford, where he took a first.
